Meet Siham Lahmine, founder of Morocco Travel Organizer

Discover how her deep local knowledge enriches you and local communities on your conscious Morocco trip.

You’ve started daydreaming about your exotic Morocco trip by visualizing the country’s iconic landmarks and diverse landscapes, paired with your unique interests and your desire for a deeper connection.

But certain concerns come up alongside your anticipation.

For instance, global standards don’t always translate, especially when it comes to what 4 or 5 stars should mean. That’s why we inspect each property for welcoming English-speaking employees, inviting views and prompt assistance if, for instance, the AC stops working.

And then there’s the matter of time, often underestimated, leaving you on the road too long. That’s why we design multi-destination tours with the perfect balance of immersion and relaxation.

Nothing is more disappointing than arriving in Morocco and realizing the moments you dreamed of are just out of reach.

With Siham Lahmine’s deep local knowledge, as the first woman-owned luxury culinary & heritage specialist in Morocco, every moment aligns with your expectations and enriches the communities you meet along the way.

Our mission

We believe tourism must directly benefit local communities. If we don’t give back, we miss our aim.

That’s why we build relationships with locals, so they can see how tourism can uplift them. Women or families who have never worked with travelers before, but who discover that this can be a livelihood.

We’re dedicated to supporting women who farm, cook, bake bread, weave textiles or embroider brocades and have a desire to share their craft. Siham Lahmine personally guides and trains those community members until they’re confident hosting intimate presentations that spark your curiosity to participate — a level of cultural access few other luxury travel curators in Morocco can offer.

Siham Lahmine’s Backstory

When the Peace Corps accepted Siham as a culture and language facilitator, it began with an intensive training that pushed her far outside her comfort zone. She worked with American volunteers, introducing them to Morocco’s language and culture.

One afternoon, she led a spontaneous hike to a nearby village where they met King Mohammed VI during a tree-planting ceremony. Just as their exhaustion set in, a local handed Siham a bag of bread, tomatoes and tuna, and it became their perfect picnic lunch. That unexpected shared experience created a cross-cultural bond.

The kindness of that offering became Siham’s north star. It guides how she connects conscious travelers to Moroccan community life, minus the tuna now.

... Siham knows so many hidden, super local gems, like true Morocco, paired with really bougie, fancy hotels, if that's what you want.

Alongside, everyone knows her everywhere you go and thinks highly of her, like the guy making the Bissara bean soup in the Fez market, but in addition, she’s also well-connected within the hospitality scene in Morocco…

Hearing him speak about rebuilding Kasbah Tamadot after the devastating earthquake was inspiring, but what matters even more is our shared mission to strengthen and support local communities through culturally enriching tourism experiences.”

Why travelers choose us

Our approach is all about you. That’s why each itinerary is custom-curated to your interests and matched to our network of local specialists.

Let your curiosity lead you to unforgettable connections.

A Vietnamese chef travelled to a countryside enclave where she met the women of a little-known Vietnamese community in Morocco. A solar‑power engineer explored our country’s energy solutions. And along the winding medina alleys of Fez and Marrakesh, a logistics expert was curious how waste is managed in centuries-old cities.

These moments happen because we go deep in our conversations before you ever pack a bag, listening for details that transform your trip from ordinary to extraordinary.

Three women stand smiling in a living room behind a table set with tea, snacks, and sweets. Two of them have henna designs on their hands. The setting appears warm and casual.
Two women walk through a narrow marketplace, lined with hanging clothes, musical instruments, and various goods, exploring the vibrant scene like Siham Lahmine, founder of Morocco Travel Organizer.

Luxury travel with a measurable local impact

Each of your extraordinary experiences directly supports community members, with 5% of our profits going to those who need it most.

That assistance might help a family cover urgent medical costs, ensure children have schoolbooks, uniforms and bags, or bring the joy of a new toy to children during Ashura, so no one is left out of this beloved tradition.

This is how your holiday changes local life.
